This was a very difficult move...alot of obstacles; moved from Wilmington, NC to Zanesville, Oh..I spoke to many movers...Olivia@ BUDGET VAN LINES® spent so much time with me under very difficult situations. Most of all..I HAVE to recommend the Carrier, Ross Allied...there are no words..they were pleasant, efficient, kept in touch, got to the delivery address before I arrived but it was already arranged for somebody to meet them. They were wonderful on that end also. Even though they had some repair issues..They still made the delivery in unbelivable time. They were so polite...I was very, very impressed!

That being said I would like to say that Budget was really get about me canceling the move. I worked with Benny Adams who was always there when I needed help and answered many of my questions. He even offered to suspend the move and lock in the rate due to my situation. I ended up canceling all together but was happy to hear that if I end up going with them (if I do get to move) that the deposit I made will still be there. I would definitely recommend them just because of the customer service.
