Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Additionally, BVL and its authorized third parties may contact you by telephone, email or direct mail after booking your move, to offer you convenient services to make your move easier and less stressful. Third party services may include but are not limited to Change of Address Services, cable or dish TV services (connect, disconnect, relocate), home security services, etc.

Other than providing moving brokerage services, BVL does not provide products or services and does not make any decisions in connection with the products or services offered by to you by third parties. BVL does not endorse or recommend the products or services of any particular business and is not an agent of either you or any third party. You should use your own judgment in deciding which available product or service best suits your needs.
